Ex-Fannie Executive Hired


NEW YORK
Capital Market Risk Advisors named Peter Niculescu as a partner in the financial-advisory firm.
Mr. Niculescu, 49 years old, previously was chief business officer of Fannie Mae. He left in September after regulators took control of the government-backed provider of funding for home mortgages. Leslie Rahl, the founder and managing partner of Capital Market Risk Advisors, is a former director of Fannie. Mr. Niculescu joined Fannie in 1999 after working for Goldman Sachs.
