SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Natural-gas futures turned lower Wednesday, having initially held on to gains after a government reported a lower-than-expected increase in the product in storage for the week ended July 30. Natural gas for September delivery declined 3 cents, or 1%, to $4.69 per million British thermal units. The Energy Information Administration reported an injection of 29 billion cubic feet.
