US chain store sales rose 0.1 pct last week-ICSC


Aug 31 (Reuters) - The International Council of Shopping Centers and Goldman Sachs on Tuesday released the following seasonally adjusted weekly data on U.S. chain store retail sales.
ICSC Research expects same-store sales for August to increase by about 3 percent.
The ICSC weekly U.S. retail chain store sales index is a joint publication between ICSC and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. It measures nominal same-store sales, excluding restaurant and vehicle demand, and represents about 75 retail chain stores.

Ventas minoristas semanales EE UU suben el 0,1%
Las ventas minoristas semanales en EE UU subieron el 0,1% frente a la caída del 0,4% de la semana anterior, como demuestra el índice ICSC. El tiempo caluroso que está azotando EE UU hace que el consumo de ropa otoñal no sea tan fuerte como se esperaba. En tasa interanual, éstas suben el 2,8%.
