(RTTNews) - House prices in England and Wales dropped for a third consecutive month in November, Land Registry said in a report published Thursday.
House prices dropped 0.6% month-on-month to GBP 164,773. Compared to the previous year, house prices gained 2.2%, the smallest growth seen in twelve months. Annual house price growth eased for the sixth straight month.
Sales volumes averaged 60,979 per month from June to September 2010. During the same months last year, the figure was 58,772.
