Iceland Wage Cost Index Rises In November

(RTTNews) - Iceland's wage costs increased 4.7% year-on-year in November, slower than the 6% rise in October, Statistics Iceland said Monday. This was the slowest increase in six months.
On a monthly basis, the wage cost index grew 0.2% compared to 0.3% rise in the previous month. During the three-month period ended November, the index grew 3.1% compared to the same period last year.
At the same time, real wages increased 0.1% from the previous month. Year-on-year, the growth in real wages was 2%.
