The figure nearly matched economists' expectations for 10% increase.Manufacturing output increased 11.9% annually during the month, while mining and quarrying output fell 2.2%. Production in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply slipped 3.3%.
On a monthly basis, production dropped 1.3% compared to a 1.6% fall in the preceding month. Manufacturing output fell 1.8% and mining and quarrying output decreased 1.5%.

For the first eleven months of the year, production increased 9.7% compared to the same period last year. Manufacturing output grew 10.9% during the period.
Meanwhile, construction output rose 14.2% annually in November and declined 10.8% month-on-month. In the January to November period, construction output rose 2.3% over a year ago.
