(Reuters) - Los volúmenes de ventas minoristas en Brasil aumentaron un 0,4 por ciento en octubre respecto a septiembre, informó el martes la agencia oficial de estadísticas IBGE.
Se esperaba que las ventas crecieran un 1,2 por ciento, según la mediana de estimaciones de 14 analistas consultados por Reuters. Las previsiones fluctuaron entre un 0,6 y un 1,5 por ciento.
Las ventas minoristas de octubre aumentaron un 8,8 por ciento interanual, agregó el IBGE, menos que el 10,5 por ciento previsto en el sondeo, donde los pronósticos fluctuaron entre un 9,3 y un 13,2 por ciento.
