Austria Wholesale Price Inflation Rises In December

(RTTNews) - Austria's wholesale price annual inflation rose to 9.1% in December from 7.7% in the previous month, data from Statistics Austria showed Wednesday. The increase was largely due to the strong price increases in grain and oil products.

Month-on-month, prices rose at a pace of 1.4%, following a 0.8% rise in November. For 2010, wholesale price inflation averaged 5%.
