(RTTNews) - Greek consumer price annual inflation rose in December after easing in November, latest data from the Hellenic Statistical Authority showed Tuesday.
The consumer price index, or CPI, climbed 5.2% year-on-year following the 4.9% increase in November. On a monthly basis, consumer prices grew 0.4%, faster than November's 0.2% rise.
The harmonized index of consumer prices, or HICP, increased by 5.2% annually. In November, the HICP was up 4.8%. Month-on-month, the HICP increased 0.5% in December.
