French Payroll Employment Increases In Q4

(RTTNews) - French payroll employment in principally market sectors rose 35,500 or 0.2% sequentially in the fourth quarter, the statistical office Insee said Friday. The increase in the third quarter was 19,200.

Temporary employment went up 4.2% in the fourth quarter.
Employment in goods-producing industries dipped 9,000 sequentially in the fourth quarter and by 3,900 in construction. Meanwhile, employment in services rose 48,400.
