Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Warren Buffett's conglomerate, disclosed in a regulatory filing late Tuesday that it sold its position in Exxon Mobil Corp. and added to stakes in IBM and Intel Corp. Berkshire also disclosed new holdings in Class-A shares of Liberty Media Corp. and DaVita Inc. , a San Francisco-based provider of kidney dialysis treatment
The filing, which displays Berkshire's portfolio as of Dec. 31, also showed additional investment in CVS Caremark Corp. Directv Group , Verisk Analytics Inc. and Visa Inc.
