Euro-zone countries on Wednesday formally approved Greece's second bailout, Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker, who chairs meetings of the Eurogroup of euro-zone finance ministers, said in a statement
Euro-zone finance ministers on Monday informally agreed to grant the 130 billion euro ($170 billion) bailout after Greece completed a debt swap with private investors
"All required national and parliamentary procedures have been finalized
Member States have also authorised the [European Financial Stability Facility] to release the first installment for a total amount of 39.4 billion euros, which will be disbursed in several tranches," Juncker said
