Nasdaq finishes up 2.3% as investors cheer Apple's quarterly results

U.S. stocks Wednesday rallied for a second day, getting a lift from Apple Inc. and Boeing Co. results and after the Federal Reserve, while keeping rates unchanged, left the door open for future easing if economic strains required it
The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up 89.16 points, or 0.7%, to 13,090.72, led by a 5.3% rally in Boeing shares
The S&P 500 added 18.72 points, or 1.4%, to 1,390.69, led by a 3.2% jump in tech stocks
The Nasdaq Composite , the only one of the major benchmarks to fall in the prior session, rose 68.03 points, or 2.3%, to 3,029.63

Wall Street cerró hoy en terreno positivo y el Dow Jones de Industriales, su principal indicador, subió el 0,69% gracias a los sólidos resultados de empresas como Apple y al aumento de los pronósticos de crecimiento de EEUU por parte de la Reserva Federal. Según datos provisionales al cierre de la sesión, ese índice, que agrupa a 30 de las mayores empresas cotizadas de EEUU, sumó 89,16 puntos para colocarse en 13.090,72 unidades, el selectivo S&P 500 ganó el 1,36% y el índice compuesto del mercado Nasdaq el 2,3%.
