Bank of England leaves monetary policy unchanged

The Bank of England on Thursday said its Monetary Policy Committee left monetary policy unchanged, as expected

The central bank's key lending rate remains at a record low 0.5%

The panel also left the size of its asset-buying program, the centerpiece of its quantitative easing strategy, at 325 billion pounds ($523.2 billion)
