Facebook to sell 180M shares at $28-$35 in IPO

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch)
Facebook Inc. plans to sell 180 million shares at a price range between $28 and $35 per share in its initial public offering
The social network updated its S-1 filing late Thursday afternoon, adding that selling stockholders plan to sell another 157.4 million shares as part of the deal
The offering could raise $6.3 billion for Facebook at the top end of the range
That range would also give the company a total market capitalization just under $75 billion
