Facebook Inc. plans to sell 180 million shares at
a price range between $28 and $35 per share in its initial public offering
The
social network updated its S-1 filing late Thursday afternoon, adding that
selling stockholders plan to sell another 157.4 million shares as part of the
deal
The offering could raise $6.3 billion for Facebook at the top
end of the range
That range would also give the company a total market
capitalization just under $75 billion
