A recent poll of Greek voters shows that most want to
see the terms of the proposed financial bailout package revised, Bloomberg News
reported Tuesday.
In a poll of 1,600 Greeks conducted for Athens-based Mega TV,
approximately 77% said they wanted the bailout terms revised
However, 52% said
the country should remain in the euro even if it were forced to abide by the
current austerity terms
The poll also showed that a whopping 81% were in favor
of staying in the euro in general
Greece will hold a second parliamentary
election on June 17
An earlier election in May led to political gridlock after
the elected parties failed to form a coalition government.
