Longest losing streak for Dow since August 2011
NEW YORK (MarketWatch)
U.S. stocks fell Wednesday, with the Dow industrials off for a sixth session, its longest losing streak since August 2011, as the political upheaval in Greece and concern about Spanish banks shook investor confidence
The Dow fell 97.03 points, or 0.8%, to 12,835.06
The blue-chip index has lost 444.26 points, or 3.3%, in the six-session decline
The S&P 500 dropped 9.14 points, or 0.7%, to 1,354.58
The Nasdaq Composite retreated 11.56 points, or 0.4%, to 2,934.71
