Pfizer Inc., the
New York health-care major, reduced its estimates of full-year net income and
revenue
For the year, Pfizer now estimates that it will earn $1.23 to $1.38 a
share, or an adjusted $2.14 to $2.24 a share
Previously, Pfizer had expected to
earn $1.37 to $1.52, or an adjusted $2.20 to $2.30
The company now expects
revenue to come in around $58 billion to $60 billion, compared with a previous
estimate of $60.5 billion to $62.5 billion
A survey of analysts by FactSet
Research produced consensus estimates of net income of $2.26 a share for the
year on revenue of $62.13 billion
