Kraft plans to separate its snacks and grocery units before yearend
Moody's said Kraft's snacks business, to be renamed Mondelez International, "will have a somewhat stronger credit profile than Kraft current does."
Brands for Mondelez will include Cadbury, Oreo and Tang
