U.S. stocks finished higher Wednesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average logging its first gain in three sessions after the Federal Reserve's Beige Book showed gradual growth in the nation's economy in July and early August
The Dow industrials closed up 4.49 points, or 0.03%, at 13,107.48
The Nasdaq Composite rose 4.05 points, or 0.1%, to 3,081.19 -- its fourth-winning session in a row
The S&P 500 up 0.08%, to 1,410.49
