U.S. stocks closed higher Friday, capping another low-volume week where all three major indexes logged weekly gains
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 25.09 points, or 0.2%, at 13,275.20, and the S&P 500 Index rose 2.65 points, or 0.2%, to 1,418.16
The Nasdaq Composite Index finished up 14.20 points, or 0.5%, at 3,076.59
Both the Dow and the S&P have logged gains for the sixth consecutive week, the longest weekly winning streak since January 2011
The Nasdaq was up for its fifth week in a row
Stocks traded in a narrow range Friday on below-average volume following the release of data showing a rise in consumer sentiment and economic indicators
