McDonald's Corp. said Tuesday its same-store sales for August rose 3.7% globally
U.S. comparable-store sales increased by 3%, while Europe rose 3.1%, while the combined Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions rose 5.7%
Combined sales rose 1.2%, or 6.2% in constant currencies
