The mathematician of the Complutense University of Madrid, José-Vidal Ruiz Varela, argues that Europe must raise its borrowing limit, leaving its deflationary policy. Meanwhile, USA must correct debt and raise the interest rates. Raising the interest rates in the USA and dropping them in Europe, recovers the European domestic demand and EE.UU may return to invest in Europe, with a stronger dollar, without any problem, generating hundreds of thousands of Jobs

Spain banks will need around €60billion in capital (Leer comentarios de entrada)

MADRID (MarketWatch)
The recapitalization needs of Spanish banks amounted to €59.3 billion ($76.3 billion), according to results of independent stress tests the Bank of Spain and the Economics Ministry announced Friday
The results came in line with analysts expectations
Recapitalization needs falls to €53.75 billion, when taking into account mergers in progress and tax effects, they said
"The results confirm that the Spanish banking sector is mostly solvent and viable, even in an extremely adverse and highly unlikely macroeconomic setting," said the joint press release
Of the 14 banks analyzed, seven-- accounting for more than 62% of the analyzed bank system's credit portfolio--won't need more capital
The report came after the close of Europe markets, which tumbled on Spain worries
The Spain IBEX 35 index  finished down 1.7% to 7,708.50, as markets viewed the day-earlier budget and economic measures as unrealistic and the country no closer to a bailout
Markets will be watching for a potential downgrade of Spanish sovereign debt by Moody's Investors Service either late Friday or late Sunday as the deadline for that review closes.
