Dow finishes up 95 points; Citi's 5.5% gain is best on S&P 500


SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch)
U.S. stocks finished higher Monday led by gains in the health-care and financial sectors
The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 95.38 points, or 0.7%, at 13,424.23, led by Bank of America Corp. and Merck & Co.  which closed up 3.5% and 2.1%, respectively
The S&P 500 Index rose 11.54 points, or 0.8%, to close at 1,440.13, with Citigroup Inc. as the best performer with a 5.5% gain following a Wall Street earnings beat earlier in the day
The Nasdaq Composite Index  advanced 20.07 points, or 0.7%, to close at 3,064.18
