Monday it'll pay up to $680 million to buy private firm NextWave Pharmaceuticals
for up to $680 million
The deal includes a payment of $255 million to NextWave
shareholders, plus up to $425 million more based on sales milestones

is focused on the development and commercialization of products for the
treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity and related central nervous system
disorders
