The mathematician of the Complutense University of Madrid, José-Vidal Ruiz Varela, argues that Europe must raise its borrowing limit, leaving its deflationary policy. Meanwhile, USA must correct debt and raise the interest rates. Raising the interest rates in the USA and dropping them in Europe, recovers the European domestic demand and EE.UU may return to invest in Europe, with a stronger dollar, without any problem, generating hundreds of thousands of Jobs

U.S. stocks end lower for second day; gold drops below $1,700 an ounce

NEW YORK (MarketWatch)
U.S. stocks finished slightly lower on Tuesday, as Wall Street adopted a wait-and-see approach to political wrangling over averting steep tax hikes and spending cuts slated to start in January that could push the economy into recession
"There's a better than even chance that they will come up with a compromise without the market forcing them to by early next year," said Jeffrey Kleintop, chief market strategist at LPL Financial in Boston
And should the political wrangling persist past Dec. 31, President Barack Obama could, for instance, "instruct the Treasury secretary not to increase payroll taxes, so there are a few things that could be done to blunt the impact as negotiations continue," Kleintop said
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 13.90 points, or 0.1%, to 12,951.70
The S&P 500 index shed 2.42 points, or 0.2%, to 1,407.04
The Nasdaq Composite lost 5.51 points, or 0.2%, to 2,996.68
