The Syrian Government's decision to allow United Nations inspectors came too late, Kerry said The U.S. is consulting with Congress and allies about what action to take in response to the "indiscriminate use of chemical weapons," Kerry said
"There must be accountability for those who would use the world's most heinous weapons against the world's most vulnerable people," he said
