@andrii_sybiha Within the framework of President @ZelenskyyUa ’s visit to Lithuania, I held a meaningful and warm meeting with my friend @BudrysKestutis . I briefed him in details on the battlefield situation and consequences of Russia’s ongoing terror against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Lithuania’s recent decision to provide Ukraine with more than 90 generators is a vital contribution to strengthening our energy resilience. We discussed the dynamics of the peace efforts and our further joint efforts restore security and stability in Europe. Lithuania is one of Ukraine’s closest allies and vocal advocates on the international arena, a member of the Coalition of the Willing, the Three Seas Initiative and the Lublin Triangle. We also focused on strengthening our bilateral dialogue, advancing Ukraine’s EU accession, cooperation within the SAFE instrument, and increasing sanctions pressure on the aggressor. Grateful for my colleague’s personal efforts and for Lithuania’s unwavering support for Ukraine.
