Japan Household Spending Falls 0.4 Percent In November

(RTTNews) - Household spending in Japan was down 0.4 percent in November compared to the previous year, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications said on Tuesday - standing at 284,212 yen.
That was well below forecasts for a 0.3 percent increase following the 0.4 percent contraction in October.
The average of monthly income per workers' household stood at 431,281 yen, up 0.5 percent on year. The average of consumption expenditures was 309,548 yen, up 1.8 percent on year.
