UK Retail Sales Rise In November

(RTTNews) - UK retail sales excluding automobile fuel rose 0.3% month-on-month in November, the Office for National Statistics said Thursday. This was in line with economists' expectations. On an annual basis, sales grew 1.8%.

Including automobile fuel, retail sales climbed 0.3% month-on-month, matching economic expectations. Compared to last year, retail sales were up 1.1%, faster than the expected 0.7% increase.
